Alpha Christian Children's Home
Eleven members of Kansas-Nebraska Campers on Mission went to Alpha Christian Children’s Home the week of August 11th. Some of the projects we worked on were sealing cedar posts and trim boards; painting; building stairs; replacing garage door; cutting and counting labels; sorting donations, labels and library books at the school; Begin installing a drop ceiling.
Webster Conference Center 2025
The week of May 4th Kansas/Nebraska COM went to Webster Conference Center near Salina Kansas. While there we made benches for individuals to prepare to enter the mission field. We serviced the paddle boats for use. We replaced the roofing on an outdoor walkway and installed lighting. Painted the kitchen serving line and dirty dishes area along with some painting in the kitchen area. Unfortunately, no one took any photos to share.
Weir Baptist Camp Spring 2025
The week of May 19th Kansas/Nebraska COM went to Weir Baptist Camp to continue work on a cabin. We removed some concrete in order to pour it level. We installed drywall in the shower and bathroom area. We installed flooring in the camp managers office. We also cleaned some.
