Kansas-Nebraska Campers On Mission

Sharing Christ "As We Go"

Who we are

We are part of a national fellowship of individual Christian campers who volunteer to share our faith and the love of Jesus while camping and/or participating in mission activities outside of our church duties. All members and officers are self-supported missionaries working without any expectation of reimbursements or income. Most members work on local projects, projects around the state, projects across the country, and some even go on international projects. Owning an RV is optional, so is living in Kansas or Nebraska.

Campers on Mission urges members to carry the gospel “as they go.” It is easy to see where the campers got the slogan As we go! God says in Matthew 28:19 “go therefore ….” As long as a person’s focus is on working for Jesus, this is a great place to work independently or with others in trying to fulfill the great commission.

Who can join COM?

Any evangelical Christian adult! Whether single, newly married, married with kids, empty nesters, retired, or widow/widower, camping enables you to be flexible in witnessing beyond the wall of the church. COM is family friendly and provides a great way to experience the relaxation of vacation with the satisfaction of a mission project. It is a great pathway to become an on-mission family.
